Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and 111bk ("the Company", "we", "us", "111bk") governing your use of the website located at https://111bk.bet and all associated services, games, betting products, promotions, and features made available through that website (collectively, "the Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.
• You are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to engage in online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, company, or entity when registering or using the Platform.
• You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money deposited into your account.
• You agree to use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

These Terms are governed by applicable law and are intended to protect both the Player and 111bk. 111bk reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 111bk. In the event of any conflict between documents, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To be eligible to register and use the 111bk Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. 111bk operates age verification procedures as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID, national ID card, or passport to confirm your date of birth before a withdrawal is processed or at any time 111bk deems verification necessary.

Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is intended primarily for players residing in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gambling services is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your location. 111bk does not make any representation that the Platform is legally accessible in all jurisdictions. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

Mental Capacity

You must be of sound mind and acting under your own free will. Persons who are experiencing gambling-related problems, who have self-excluded from gambling services, or who are acting under the direction of a third party are not eligible to use the Platform.

Not a Previously Suspended User

If 111bk has previously closed or suspended your account for any reason — including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or self-exclusion — you are not eligible to register a new account. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

To access the full features of the 111bk Platform — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free and open to all eligible individuals who satisfy the requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, phone number, and any other details requested in the registration form. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the 111bk Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 111bk reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed through them, and withhold any balances or winnings pending investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 111bk will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 111bk support immediately via live chat.

KYC Verification

111bk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be asked to submit identity verification documents — including but not limited to a national ID card, passport, driver's licence, or proof of address — at any stage of your relationship with 111bk. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. 111bk reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access for accounts that have not completed verification.

Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to ensure that the information held on your account remains accurate and up to date. If any of your personal details change — including your phone number, email address, or payment method details — you must update your account promptly. 111bk will not be responsible for failed communications or transactions resulting from outdated account information.

Deposit Policy

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are generally credited to your 111bk account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing times. 111bk does not charge fees on deposits made via local Bangladeshi payment methods. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though very large deposits may be subject to additional verification checks.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed by 111bk's payments team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Bangladeshi public holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. You may only withdraw funds to an account or wallet registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 1–4 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. During high-volume periods such as BPL season or following major promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. 111bk will communicate any known delays via the live chat support channel.

KYC and Withdrawal Holds

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. First-time withdrawals will require full identity verification before funds are released. Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to periodic re-verification at 111bk's discretion. Accounts with outstanding KYC documentation requests will have withdrawals held until documentation is received and approved.

Funds Security

Player funds held in 111bk accounts are maintained separately from operational funds. Deposits are held solely for the purpose of facilitating gameplay and withdrawals on the Platform. 111bk does not use player deposits for any operational, investment, or commercial purpose unrelated to the player's account activity.

Refused Transactions

111bk reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 111bk may hold the funds pending an investigation and may report the activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

Welcome Bonus

New 111bk players may be eligible to receive a welcome deposit match bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The exact match percentage, maximum bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and expiry date are stated in the specific welcome bonus terms published on the promotions page at the time of the offer. Welcome bonus terms take precedence over these general bonus terms where there is a conflict.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement is stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total). Wagers placed on different game types may contribute differently to the wagering requirement — for example, slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are stated in the individual bonus terms.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and free bet credits have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement has not been completed before the bonus expires, both the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

Bonus Abuse

111bk operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using bonus funds to place low-risk or arbitrage bets designed primarily to clear wagering requirements rather than for genuine entertainment, colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, and using automated or bot-assisted play in conjunction with bonus funds. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.

Promotional Eligibility

Some promotions offered by 111bk are targeted at specific player segments and may not be available to all registered accounts. A player receiving a promotional offer does not automatically qualify for all other offers. VIP programme participants are governed by separate VIP terms applicable to their tier. BPL-season and seasonal promotions (such as Eid or Pohela Boishakh offers) are time-limited and are only available during the stated promotional window.

All sports bets and casino game sessions conducted on the 111bk Platform are subject to the following general rules. Additional sport-specific, market-specific, or game-specific rules are published within each product section of the Platform and should be reviewed before placing bets or wagering funds.

Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the 111bk sportsbook are subject to acceptance by 111bk. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number. 111bk reserves the right to refuse, limit, or restrict any bet at any time without providing a reason. This right is exercised at 111bk's sole discretion and is not subject to appeal.

Odds and Prices

Sports betting odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those in effect at the precise moment your bet is accepted and confirmed. 111bk is not responsible for any discrepancy between displayed odds and accepted odds resulting from system latency, network delays, or simultaneous updates.

In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected sports fixtures including cricket, football, and kabaddi. In-play odds change rapidly to reflect the progress of the event. 111bk reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time — including during active play — due to events on the field that have not yet been reflected in the odds. Bets placed on suspended markets may be voided at 111bk's discretion.

Cancelled and Voided Events

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, abandoned, or declared void after betting markets have been offered, the treatment of bets placed on that event will follow the specific rules published for the relevant sport and market type. In most cases, bets on voided events are returned at odds of 1.00 (stake refunded). BPL and ICC tournament-specific voiding rules are published separately in the cricket betting section of the Platform.

Casino Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes on the 111bk Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and instant-win products — are determined by the certified random number generator (RNG) systems of the respective game providers. 111bk does not modify, influence, or interfere with game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the game's help or information section.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on the Platform. These limits are displayed within each product and may vary by sport, market type, game, or player account tier. VIP players may be eligible for elevated stake limits subject to account review. 111bk reserves the right to adjust stake limits for any account at any time.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 111bk Platform. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive — 111bk reserves the right to treat any activity it reasonably determines to be harmful, dishonest, or contrary to the spirit of fair play as a prohibited conduct violation.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal details at registration or during KYC verification; impersonating another person; registering on behalf of another individual without their knowledge.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account under the same or different identities for any purpose including bonus farming, circumventing account restrictions, or evading a previous suspension.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the source of illegally obtained money. 111bk is required to report suspicious financial activity and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of games, exploit betting markets, or unfairly influence promotions and leaderboard competitions.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, AI systems, or any automated means to place bets, play games, exploit bonus offers, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically placing bets designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome by exploiting price differences across markets or between platforms. This includes laying bets on external exchanges to cancel out sportsbook positions held at 111bk.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with a payment provider after funds have been credited to your 111bk account. Any balance funded by a charged-back deposit will be suspended and the account closed pending investigation.
• Hacking or Technical Exploitation: Attempting to access non-public areas of the Platform; reverse-engineering any software component; deliberately exploiting software bugs or display errors to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Harassment: Using any communication channel provided by 111bk — including live chat and support email — to harass, threaten, or abuse 111bk staff or other players.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, 111bk's response may include but is not limited to: immediate suspension of the account and all associated accounts; voiding of all active and settled bets placed through the account; withholding of all account balances pending investigation; permanent account closure; and referral of the matter to law enforcement agencies or financial regulators where appropriate.

Both you and 111bk have the right to close or suspend your account, subject to the conditions described below.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your 111bk account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method. Outstanding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened subject to a review of the original closure reason — self-exclusion closures cannot be reopened during the self-exclusion period.

Self-Exclusion

111bk offers self-exclusion as a responsible gaming tool. Players who feel that their gambling is no longer under control may request a self-exclusion of between 30 days and permanent duration. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and cannot be accessed for any purpose. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of the request being received. 111bk will make reasonable efforts to ensure that marketing communications are not sent to self-excluded players during the exclusion period.

111bk-Initiated Suspension

111bk reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; inactivity exceeding 12 months; or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login or account activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 111bk will contact you at your registered email address before applying a dormancy administration fee. If the account remains inactive following notification, a monthly dormancy fee may be applied to the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player logging in. Dormancy fees are stated in the current fee schedule available in the account settings section.

Balances on Closure

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance held in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method. Pending bonuses, unverified deposits, and balances associated with accounts closed due to Terms violations are not eligible for return.
